  1. Set your arrival & departure times

Fill in when you're arriving and leaving at the top. This hides events you can't attend.

  2. Complete the Intake Form

Click "Intake Form" to tell us your favorite game systems and preferences. We'll rank events you'll love higher.

  3. Browse events

See filtered results on the left. The "Visual Schedule" at top shows your picks in a calendar view.

  4. Click "Add" to pick events

When you find something good, click the "Add" button. It appears in your "Schedule List" on the right.

  5. Share or export when done

Use "Share Link" to get a URL, or "Print" to create a con day sheet.

💡 Pro tip: Start by setting your arrival time — it instantly filters out impossible events.

Using Filters

Essential Filters (always visible):

  • Arrival / Departure — Hide events outside your convention time
  • Search — Find events by name ("D&D", "Horror", "Beginner", etc.)
  • Sort — Time (earliest first) or Best Match (based on your profile)

Advanced Filters (click "Show Advanced ▼"):

  • Min seats — Only show games with X+ open seats
  • Preferred systems — Boost events using your favorite game systems
  • Player experience — Filter by beginner-friendly vs. expert sessions
  • Scheduling style — Chill (few sessions), Balanced, Aggressive, or Max XP

Quick toggles:

  • "Open seats only" — Hide sold-out games
  • "Hide conflicts" — Don't show games that overlap with your picks

Your Schedule

Visual Schedule (the calendar grid at top):

  • Shows your picked events as colored blocks on a timeline
  • Click any block to see full details
  • Conflicts shown with red outline
  • Switch between days or view "Full Week" to see all events at once

Schedule List (right side):

  • Click event to see details and remove it
  • Shows time, room, game system, and seats available

Co-Pilot (below):

  • Shows schedule health: conflicts, gaps, recommendations
